GlobalBoats is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
In particular, GlobalBoats does not:
- own, control, or possess listed vessels
- verify ownership, title, or legal status
- guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings
- guarantee availability, pricing, or condition of any vessel
- act as broker, dealer, agent, escrow provider, insurer, shipper, surveyor, or payment intermediary
- handle payments between users
- transfer ownership, title, or legal rights in any asset
All transactions are conducted solely between users at their own risk.
Users are solely responsible for:
- verifying all listing information
- conducting due diligence
- ensuring legal, regulatory, and tax compliance
- negotiating and executing transactions
GlobalBoats has no responsibility or liability for any interaction, agreement, or transaction between users, whether initiated on or off the platform.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you:
- are at least 18 years old
- have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- use the Services for lawful purposes only
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations
GlobalBoats may, at its sole discretion:
- refuse access
- restrict access
- suspend or terminate accounts
at any time, including for reasons related to:
- legal compliance
- security risks
- fraud or abuse prevention
- platform integrity
GlobalBoats is not obligated to provide reasons for any restriction, suspension, or termination.
4. Accounts
To use certain Services, you must create an account.
You agree to:

6. Listings
When you create or publish a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- you have full legal right and authority to list the vessel or item
- all information is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading
- all images, media, and documents are lawful and properly authorized
- price, location, specifications, tax information, and availability are correct
- the listing does not infringe any third-party rights
- the listing complies with all applicable laws, including sanctions, export control, and maritime regulations
Platform Control
GlobalBoats does not verify listings and is not responsible for their accuracy.
GlobalBoats reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- remove listings
- edit or reformat listings
- downgrade or reduce visibility
- restrict access or functionality
- expire or deactivate listings
at any time, without notice.
Ranking & Visibility
GlobalBoats retains full control over:
- listing ranking
- search placement
- visibility
- categorization
- display format
Users have no right to a specific position, visibility level, or exposure.
No Guarantee
GlobalBoats does not guarantee that listings will:
- be displayed
- remain active
- generate inquiries
- result in transactions
7. No Guarantee of Listings or Transactions
GlobalBoats does not verify every listing or user.
GlobalBoats does not guarantee:
- identity of sellers or buyers
- ownership or title
- financial capacity or solvency
- accuracy of listing information
- condition or legality of vessels
- regulatory compliance
- market value or pricing
- availability
- completion of any transaction
GlobalBoats is not responsible for:
- failed transactions
- disputes between users
- fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct
All transactions are conducted solely between users and at their own risk.
Users are solely responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence, including:
- inspection of the vessel
- verification of ownership and title
- legal and tax review
- sanctions and compliance checks

You may submit content including listings, descriptions, photos, videos, reviews, messages, profile information, documents, and other materials (“User Content”).
Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content.
License to GlobalBoats
By submitting User Content, you grant GlobalBoats a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- use
- host
- store
- reproduce
- adapt
- modify
- translate
- distribute
- publicly display
- promote
such content for the operation, improvement, security, and commercialization of the Services.
Platform Rights
GlobalBoats may:
- reformat or optimize content
- use content for marketing and promotional purposes
- combine content with other data
- retain non-personal elements of content
User Responsibility
You confirm that your User Content:
- is accurate and not misleading
- is lawful
- does not infringe third-party rights

- create or operate multiple accounts to bypass limits, pricing, or restrictions
- manipulate listings, ranking, visibility, or engagement metrics
- use private accounts for commercial or broker activity
- impersonate individuals or businesses
- provide false identity or contact information
- scrape, extract, or reuse platform data without authorization
- use bots, automation, or scripts without permission
- interfere with platform security or operations
- use the Services for unlawful or sanctioned activities
Private Seller Limit
Private (non-commercial) users may maintain a maximum of 15 active listings.
GlobalBoats may, at its sole discretion:
- grant exceptions
- require upgrade to a business account
- reclassify accounts as commercial
- restrict or remove listings
where user behavior indicates commercial activity.
Enforcement
GlobalBoats may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- remove or modify listings
- restrict or limit functionality
- suspend or permanently deactivate accounts
- block access to the Services
GlobalBoats is not obligated to provide reasons for such actions.
Users have no right to restoration, reinstatement, or compensation.
GlobalBoats may take action based on behavioral patterns or indicators of abuse, even if individual actions do not independently constitute a violation.
10. Communications and Leads
The Services may enable communication between users.
You agree that:
- communications may be routed, stored, and processed through GlobalBoats systems
- inquiries and messages may be stored for operational, security, analytics, and compliance purposes
- you are solely responsible for your communications and interactions
GlobalBoats may:
- monitor communications
- restrict or block messaging functionality
- limit or prevent contact between users
where necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, spam, or legal violations.
No Guarantee of Leads
GlobalBoats does not guarantee:
- response rates
- lead quality
- number of inquiries
- conversion into transactions
11. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Add-ons
GlobalBoats may offer paid products, including:
- listing plans
- business subscriptions
- premium visibility features
- sponsored placements
- add-ons and tools
All prices, quotas, durations, renewal rules, and product features are defined at the time of purchase.
Pricing
Each purchase is made at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
This price is binding for the applicable billing period.
GlobalBoats reserves the right, at any time, to:
- change prices
- modify or replace products
- adjust listing quotas, features, and access rights
Such changes apply prospectively only.
For recurring subscriptions, changes apply from the next renewal period.
Payments
- Fees are charged in advance
- Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments
No Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable.
In the event of suspension, restriction, or termination due to violations of these Terms, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided.
Subscription Changes and Upgrades
Changing or upgrading a subscription plan may:
- remove or deactivate listings
- restrict visibility
- alter access to features
GlobalBoats does not guarantee restoration of listings, visibility, or entitlements after such changes.
No Performance Guarantee
GlobalBoats does not guarantee:
- visibility or ranking
- impressions or traffic
- number of inquiries
- lead generation
- transaction success
12. Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe.
GlobalBoats:
- does not process or store full payment-card details
- is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party payment providers
- is not liable for payment failures, delays, chargebacks, or disputes arising from payment processing
Use of payment services is subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions.
Users agree to comply with such terms when using payment functionality.
13. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory obligations arising from:
- buying or selling vessels
- providing or receiving services
- subscriptions and paid platform usage
- any commercial activity conducted through or related to the platform
Professional users must:
- provide accurate billing and tax information
- comply with VAT, sales tax, and other applicable tax laws
- maintain required registrations and reporting obligations
GlobalBoats does not calculate, collect, or remit taxes on behalf of users unless explicitly stated.

are owned by GlobalBoats or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data

Such data will not identify individual users.
Platform Rights

- combine data across listings and users
- use data for operational and commercial purposes

GlobalBoats:
- does not control such third-party services
- does not endorse their content or offerings
- is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or legality
- is not liable for any transactions, interactions, or damages arising from their use

17. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the GlobalBoats Privacy Notice.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be processed as described in the Privacy Notice.
18. Sanctions and Export Controls
You must not use the Services for listings, transactions, communications, or business involving:
- sanctioned countries, regions, persons, or entities
- vessels or assets subject to export controls
- transactions prohibited under EU, U.S., UK, UN, or other applicable sanctions laws
- persons or entities listed on any restricted-party lists
GlobalBoats may, at its sole discretion:
- remove listings
- restrict or suspend accounts
- report activity to authorities
where required by law or reasonably necessary to ensure compliance.
19. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GlobalBoats makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
- accuracy or completeness of listings
- reliability or legitimacy of users
- success of transactions
- legality, safety, seaworthiness, or condition of any vessel
Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalBoats shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- loss of data
- business interruption
- failed or incomplete transactions
- inaccurate listings
- disputes between users
- fraud or misconduct by third parties
- defects, ownership issues, or legal issues related to vessels
Where liability cannot be excluded, GlobalBoats’ total aggregate liability shall not exceed:
- the total amount paid by you to GlobalBoats in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
- USD 100 if no payment has been made
21. Verified Seller Disclaimer
Any designation such as “verified”, “trusted”, or similar:
- does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or legitimacy
- does not constitute certification or endorsement
- does not include financial, legal, or ownership verification
Verification may include limited checks such as onboarding calls or communication validation only.
Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
22. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlobalBoats, its affiliates, and its operators from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- your breach of these Terms
- your User Content
- your listings
- your interactions or transactions with other users
- your violation of applicable laws
- your infringement of third-party rights
23. Suspension and Termination
GlobalBoats may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- suspend or terminate accounts
- restrict access to the Services
- remove listings
- limit functionality
in case of:
- breach of these Terms
- legal or compliance requirements
- fraud, abuse, or platform manipulation
- payment failures
- security risks
GlobalBoats is not obligated to provide reasons for such actions.
Users have no right to restoration, reinstatement, or compensation.
Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations or legal rights.
24. Changes to the Services
GlobalBoats may:
- modify, replace, or discontinue any feature, product, or functionality
- update, suspend, or terminate parts of the Services
at any time.
GlobalBoats may also update these Terms.
Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance.
25. Electronic Communications

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
